Refund policy
You may cancel goods you order from us up to 14 working days from the date you receive the order. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract nor will you have to pay any penalty.
Non-stock or bespoke items made to your specification and perishable goods may not be returned.
To cancel your contract, you must notify us in writing.
If you have received the goods before you cancel your contract then you must send the goods back at your own cost and risk. If you cancel your contract but we have already processed the goods for delivery you must not unpack the goods when they are received by you and you must send the goods back to us (return address will be provided) at your own cost and risk as soon as possible. In all cases you will be liable to pay any direct costs incurred by us. Costs associated with return will be calculated on a case by case basis.
It is your responsibility to take reasonable care of the items before they are returned. If you fail to take reasonable care and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for any reduction in value.
Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your order, any sum debited to us from your credit card, less any direct costs incurred by us, will be credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days of your order providing that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be credited to you.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights if goods are faulty.
