Shipping policy

Typically deliveries will be made using large vehicles which may include a tail lift and pallet truck or a crane offload facility.

Deliveries will be made on to your property, at your request, on to driveways with clear access. If you require the vehicle to come onto the property, you do so at your own risk and our delivery courier will not be liable for damage caused by the vehicle on the property.

Please ensure that our vehicles have clear access to your roads. You must ensure that a wide delivery truck can access your road and will not be impeded by any parked cars or obstacles in the road. For the vehicle to gain access to your property, the truck must be able to drive in and out of the street or turn around. Be aware the crane cannot operate where there are overhanging trees or cables.

Our courier's vehicles need a suitable road surface to be able to deliver your order. Please ensure the road surface is appropriate and the ground is not loose or rough.

Delivery of our products will only be made on to your property. It must be a hard surface and flat so the truck can offload the pallets.

We may occasionally deliver single pack orders using external hauliers and carrier companies, if this is the case, delivery would be to kerb side only. Please be aware, they operate a tail gate off load with a pump truck with manual offload, this type of delivery is not possible on a hill or sloped road, soft ground or gravel.

It is your responsibility to check the goods for any damage caused during transit prior to signing for the goods.

For damage discovered during offloading, this must be noted on the delivery note and handed back to the driver. For any damage not visible during offloading, this must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

We cannot deliver goods without an authorised signature.

By accepting our terms and conditions you acknowledge the conditions required for delivery. You must inform us of any reasons why the above conditions cannot be complied with at the time of placing your order failing which you will be liable for any return and redelivery fees if the delivery company is unable to deliver the goods to you on arrival at your premises. Costs for redelivery will be calculated on a case by case basis.
